- Item was purchased direct from McKie Pools and Spas
- Item was purchased within the last 30 days
- Item is in original packaging (with all contents that were included)
- Must have original receipt
- All refunds are credited against the original payment method
- All sale items are non-refundable and final
- Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable
- You must use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns
